About Calcification and the D3 we manufacture

in the sun (10,000- 25,000 IU) could we have been lucky as many have low K2 vitamin that we also often have low magnesium levels? K2 directs calcium to the bones. For K2, it is important to take vitamin D3, I have seen when I have now started with 10,000-15,000 IU of vitamin D3 a day and use 200 micrograms of K2 plus 500 mg of magnesium and also calcium - which I think I get enough with 400mg and food of - potassium and boron must be important. Thanks for very good briefings that I discovered in the pandemic!
